How to Beat Goku
Goku whose full name is Son Goku is a character from
Japanese anime , Dragon Ball. He is a very talented fighter because since his
childhood he has practiced regularly in order to become stronger.
Goku can transform into super saiyan, which it can make
itself very strong . The power that he uses to beat his entire enemies - who
come to challenge him . his power could destroy the entire world
including the
inside of earth
So , how to beat him?
1. Train Hard or Go Home!
We all know that goku is a fighter who is really great. He
doesnt get his power all of the sudden, but because of he always practices
regularly during his life, and even can be said, throughout his life , he
dedicated to practice.
Therefore, the first step to be able to defeat him is by
practicing or excercising regularly . Start off with doing push ups, sit ups,
jogging, etc. If it is possible, try to practice in the gym in order to get the
maximum results.
By exercising,our body and soul will be healthy and it will
improve our effectiveness on a daily basis. But keep in mind that we have to do
that “routinely”. It means that we have to have our own schedule for training.
One of his hobbies is eating. In dragon ball series, we
oftenly see goku is very excites when it comea about food. Especially after he
finished practicing.
In this case, we can take a lesson that we should Eat the
nutritious food and try to balance it . and dont always consume the fast food
because it isnt healthful at all.
3. Sleep Enough
The bed is one thing that is also favored by goku. Often we
see in the anime series Dragon Ball, goku slept very soundly after he practiced
very hard.
And as well as with us, we must have a good quality sleep
for our bodies to regenerate the maximum. And also during our sleep, it is time
for the muscles of our body are formed as well as the future of our adaptation
to diet and exercise in which we live our day. Which is the recommended time
for sleep is at 9 pm to 5 am, or in a vulnerable period of 6 to 8 hours a day.
Practice, eat, sleep. Those are 3 main keys to defeat the
strongest fighter, Son Goku and also to build a healthy body and strong. If we
had done 3 it very well but we still can not beat goku, at least we can beat
Krilin (The Weakness person from Z Fighter )
